Virtus Care began as a family run care provider in 2017 caring for vulnerable individuals who required 24-hour complex care. Despite growth and offering more care services in a wider area of London, Virtus today is still a family run company and still operate with the same family orientated principles and ideology as we did back when we started.
The three principles Virtus Care embed into our care are; friendliness, consideration, and quality-led services for the local community. At Virtus Care, our goal is to grow inward rather than outward - this means we hope to increase our presence and maintain our trust in the local communities within central London that helped us build this company, rather than expanding to other areas, by doing this we can ensure the care services we provide remain excellent.

Once we have booked an assessment at a time and date of your choosing, one of our care managers will give you a visit, during this visit we will assess the care needs of you or your loved one, but also find out more about you, your household and family, so we can provide a carer that can bond with everyone in the house and you can remain comfortable. Our care manager can also answer any queries you may have.
Once the assessment has been completed, and everybody is happy, we will tailor a care plan for you or your loved one. We will also introduce you to our carefully selected carer so you can meet them before care begins and decide if everything is right for you. Once your care plan is created and your happy with your carer, we can begin to provide you with the excellent care Virtus is known for around London.
